Marshmallow (zephyr)... The history of this word begins as early as the times of Ancient Greece. The Greek mythology tells us about a famous Greek god of a western warm light wind, with the name Zephyr. The marshmallow (zephyr) of our era tempts and attracts with its lightness, gracefulness of form and taste.

The marshmallow “Solodka mriya” ™ is produced according to special recipes and technologies exceptionally from natural and ecologically clean raw materials. Our marshmallow has a balanced taste and aroma, it has high nutritional qualities, it contains vitamins, natural substances and minerals providing the vital activity of a human organism.

Sugar in form of specially produced syrup is the main component of a marshmallow that is a carbohydrate source of energy for cerebration.

Fruit and berry puree is a sweet mass possessing all important properties of fruit and berries, containing pectin, cellulose and organic acids. For production of the marshmallow we use apple, apricot and cherry puree.

Pectin is a natural product received from apples and citrus fruit. A gelatinizing as well as stabilizing component is used for production of marshmallows. Pectin has generally known useful properties: it removes salts of heavy metals from a human organism, improves the hemogram increasing the number of red corpuscles.

Lactic acid makes the taste of the product mild and strengthens the aroma.

The white of fresh hen eggs serves as a foam maker for a marshmallow, it improves its taste, forms its structure.

Beta-carotene is a natural dye and also a vitamin with antioxidant, antiradiation, anticarcinogenic and immunostimulating properties.
