Production of marshmallows and fruit concentrates
The uniqueness of the enterprise lies in the fact that the plant includes a department for fruit and berries processing.
All the products are made according to special recipes and technologies with a balanced taste and aroma. In our production we use only natural and ecologically clean products as well as water from our own artesian well with the depth of 150 metres.

Our raw material suppliers include leading enterprises of Ukraine, Germany and Russia (“Akmalko" Ltd. – Russia, Chocolate Company “Mir” – Ukraine, Pectin Factory GMBH Herbstreith und Fox KG – Germany, “Kamiya” (Stepanovskaia Poultry Factory) – Vinnitsa region) always offering only fresh and high-quality products.
OJSC “Vinnitsa Plant of Fruit Concentrates and Wines” has its own accredited physico-chemical and microbiological laboratory providing constant control over the quality of the incoming raw materials and finished products.
All the department subdivisions for production of the marshmallows are equipped with modern automatic machinery. In 2008 new technologies were implemented making it possible to gladden the consumers with new products. Together with the innovations traditional technologies and recipes are preserved at the enterprise. “Marshmallow-retro” gives the possibility to plunge into the sweet nostalgia of childhood, to feel its forgotten taste.
At present our production volumes make up:
- Marshmallow – 100-150 tons/month.
- Concentrated apple juice – 1,5-2 thous. tons/year.
- Apple puree – 1 thous. tons/year.
- Apple jam – 500-700 tons/year.
- Bread kvass – 1 thous. tons/year.
The enterprise works actively on the increase of the production volumes and enlargement of the production assortment.
OJSC “Vinnitsa Plant of Fruit Concentrates and Wines” regularly takes part in regional and All-Ukrainian exhibitions, seminars. A high quality of the manufactured products has been repeatedly awarded with numerous diploma and prizes. Near-term plans of the enterprise include development of new kinds of products in accordance with the consumers’ growing demands, production of present sets, exclusive orders and most importantly preservation of the production traditions of natural, useful, qualitative food products for children and adults.
